December 2010 marks 2 years from when I, Captain Shannon first decided it was time to transform my life and signed up for success coaching. The coaching program I enrolled in was wonderful, but there was one drawback- it was very expensive. My coaching helped me open my awareness and let go of the things in my life that hadn't been working.
